Scheduled Appointments  

No trip charge.
$80 per hour.
1 hour minimum.
Additional time billed in 15 minute increments at $20.00
 
After-hours Appointments - Scheduled 24 hours in advance  

No trip charge.
$120 per hour
1 hour minimum.
Additional time billed in 15 minute increments at $30.00
 
Emergency Appointments - 4 Hour response time  


$25 trip charge
$160 per hour
1.5 hours minimum.
Additional time billed in 15 minute increments at $40.00
 
 
Here are a few things you should know!  
   
  • Pay only for the service you receive! - After the first hour, Jedimode bills down to the quarter hour. If the job takes 90 minutes, we will not round it up to 120 minutes! 
  • 90% of all problems are resolved within 60 minutes on site.
  • If more than an hour is required we let you know right away – when we first look at your computer. Usually we can fix anything within an hour!
  • We can provide replacement parts – sometimes this is necessary.
  • After hour emergency services are available at $160.00 an hour.
  • We are honest enough to tell you if your situation is different, and what to do.
 
     
IF MORE THAN AN HOUR IS REQUIRED... For tasks requiring more than an hour, we let you know up front without any hidden costs. A nominal trip charge may apply.

ABOUT REPLACEMENT PARTS... Understand that it's impossible to carry every type of hardware to work with every type of computer. However we do carry most basic parts, such as memory, video cards, hard drives, modems, and sound cards.

IF THERE IS AN EXCEPTION OR SPECIAL CASE... We will let you know ASAP! Our goal is always to seek the most cost-effective solution for your particular computer problem. As caring business people and not just "techies," we will sit down with you and evaluate what the best options are for you.

Note: Special Cases occur less than 10% of the time. However, one thing will be constant: our commitment to keep you informed during the repair process, and to let you know as early as possible if there will be an exception.
